In Good Company Learning Circles for EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS (Morristown, NJ)

The In Good Company Learning Circles provide additional support for Board Presidents and Executive Directors who already participated in the 2009-2010 Board Leadership program.  To be eligible for participation, an individual must have attended the 2009 Fundamentals and Board Bootcamps workshops and at least two othe drill-down workshops.

You have the tools in your toolkit, now the challenge is to apply them in your day-to-day practices.  Easier said than done.  These professionally facilitated learning circles offer nonprofit Executive Directors additional, more in-depth practical training combined with invaluable peer support, problem-solving strategies and coaching. These small, peer-directed learning groups provide new insights in a confidential environment that enables the participants to benefit from each other and share experiences that they would unlikely raise with co-workers or fellow Board members.  Each session will focus on a topic of concern agreed upon by the group and will provide both content material and time for guided peer-to-peer problem-solving. The first session (December 9th) will be a face-to-face, three-hour session so the group can meet each other and begin the team building process.  The remaining four sessions will be held virtually, so you can participate from your home or office.

You must attend all five sessions - one in person and four online.
